How to cook
The cleaned nettles are boiled in slightly salted and boiling water for a few minutes. Strain the nettles and leave them to cool.
Then cut them into small pieces and mix them with all of the other products without the breadcrumbs and oil. From the prepared mixture the patties are formed, which are rolled in breadcrumbs or sesame seeds and placed in heated fat to fry.
The prepared patties are placed onto kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat. Garnish the nettle patties with yogurt.
