How to make
Place the cleaned, washed and briefly parboiled nettle in boiling salted water and boil for a few minutes. Then grind it well with a wooden spoon.
Add the flour, diluted in cold water, and chopped walnuts. Boil the mixture for 10 minutes and season it with the spices, pour it into a tray and add the melted butter.
Top with hard-boiled eggs cut into eighths and boil.
