  • turkey - 1 pc.
  • onion - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • walnuts - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • tomato puree - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • butter - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • rice - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • raisins - 2 oz (60 g)
  • black pepper - 10 - 12 grains
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • thyme - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Clean and wash the turkey. Rub it with flour on the inside, then wash it and sprinkle it with salt, ground black pepper and savory herb.

In some oil and a little water, sauté the finely chopped onion. Add the grinded walnuts, washed raisins, rice and tomato puree diluted in lukewarm water.

Stir the mixture, pour warm water over it and boil it for 10 minutes over medium heat. Once you remove the pot from the heat, add the ground black pepper, thyme and chopped parsley.

Fill the turkey with the resulting mixture and sew the hole. Place the turkey in a greased pan, pour the melted butter over it and bake it in a moderately heated oven until it's done.
