How to make
The turkey legs are very well washed and deboned. The skins are removed.
The meat is cut into chunks and placed in a bowl.
The spice seasoning is mixed with the oil, by stirring at all times, until they have completely dissolved. The meat is seasoned with salt and left for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Then roll it in the spice seasoning with oil and leave it for another 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Finally, the meat is poured with wine and left for another 30 minutes.
The leeks are cleaned and washed. Cut them into circles.
Once the meat is marinated, pour it into a strainer to strain the liquid.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
Add the strained meat and fry it until it's semi-cooked.
Then add the leeks and mix everything very well. Fry for another 10 minutes, while stirring at all times.
The turkey bites with leeks are ready.
