How to make
Cut the turkey fillet into bite-sized pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and place the turkey pieces to fry evenly with whole cloves of garlic and some thyme. After catching a light tan, top up with 1/5 cup (60 ml) of wine and wait until it evaporates and the meat is cooked.
Remove it and in the same pot, add the remaining wine, the mustard, soya sauce, and pour in the cream while constantly stirring. Stir the sauce briefly and season it with spices.
Put the turkey bites back in the pot and after a few minutes, remove them from the heat.
Serve the turkey bites with the sauce and garnish them with fresh vegetables.
