"Casserole - a short name for something very tasty, which is easy to prepare in the oven"

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • cottage cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp.
  • rosemary - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • butter - 1 oz (30 g)

How to make

Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. Put them in a bowl. Then the other products for the casserole without the butter are added to them.

Mix everything well with a spoon. Pour the vegetable mixture into a baking pan greased with butter. Flatten it all over with the help of a spoon.

Place the baking pan in the oven, which is switched on to 390°F (200°C).

Bake the casserole for 30 minutes, then remove the baking pan from the oven.

Heat the butter and pour it all over the dish.

Place the baking pan back in the oven and bake it for another 10 minutes.

The casserole is delicious both hot and cold and it is served with a salad of your choice.
