Ingredients

  • grated yellow cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • peppers - 1 green or red pepper
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • beer - 1 cup
  • flour - 6 tbsp.
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • butter - a small lump
  • breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Beat the eggs well along with the beer and a pinch of salt. Add the grated yellow cheese, feta cheese and flour. Mix everything well.

The pepper is roasted, peeled and cleaned from its seeds. Finely chop it and fry it in vegetable oil with a pinch of salt. Add it to the mixture. Sprinkle it with ground pepper.

Pour everything into a suitable baking pan and place it in a preheated 360°F (180 degree) oven.

Bake the dish for 25-30 minutes until it forms a nice crust.

Spread the dish with butter, sprinkle it with breadcrumbs and bake it for another 5-6 minutes.
