  • cottage cheese - 7 oz (200 g) skimmed
  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • banana - 2 pcs.
  • honey - 2 tbsp.
  • raw nuts - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • oatmeal - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

The cottage cheese is mixed with the eggs and beaten with a mixer until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Add the already blended bananas, protein and honey, while making sure to stir at all times.
