How to make
Wash the sea bream and season it with salt well on all sides. To enhance the taste, sprinkle it well on the inside with black pepper.
The lemons should preferably be organic, because we will use them with the peel. Wash them well and cut them into circles.
Fill each fish with lemon slices and a sprig of dill for flavor. You can also put a lemons on top. The whole room will smell of roasted lemons.
Place the fish in a baking pan greased with olive oil and bake it with foil until it's fully cooked. If they are thicker, they may need more time.
