How to make
Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips or steaks. Pour the soy sauce, broth, black pepper, curry, oil and a little water in a bowl.
Stir everything well and leave the meat for at least 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a pan and dip each fillet in white flour, then the eggs and finally, in the corn flour.
For a stronger taste of curry, you can also add it to eggs.
Fry until they aquire a golden color at medium heat.
