How to make
Wash the chicken breasts and cut them into steaks.
Sprinkle both sides with salt, black pepper and curry powder. Leave them like this for half an hour.
Put the breadcrumbs in a deep plate and crack the egg into another.
Mix well with a fork.
Dip the steaks in egg first, then roll them in breadcrumbs on both sides.
Fry them in heated oil until golden. Remove and place them onto kitchen paper and leave them to cool slightly.
Serve the Breaded Chicken Steaks with Curry on a suitable plate and with a side dish of your choice.
