How to make
Thoroughly clean the beetroots, put them in a deep pot, fill it with salted water and boil them until they soften. Remove them from the heat, pour cold water over them and peel them.
Cut the beetroots and brined cheese into cubes and chop the salad. Transfer the products into a deep bowl and mix them well.
Mix the dressing products (press the garlic beforehand), put them in a jar and beat everything vigorously.
Season the salad just before serving it.
