"Let us offer you a very easy, light and at the same time rich potato salad. It`s suitable both as a garnish and for having with brandy."

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 1 head
  • pickles
  • frozen vegetables - peas, carrots, corn, peppers
  • eggs - 2
  • mushrooms - about 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • dill
  • savory
  • parsley
  • yogurt
  • garlic

How to make

Peel the potatoes, cut and boil them with the onion. If making the salad with frozen vegetables, put them for 10 minutes in the hot water to boil them. If fresh, heat treatment is not necessary.

Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into cubes, add them to the potatoes and vegetables, along with the mushrooms and pickles. Season with spices to taste. Make a sauce from the garlic, yogurt and dill. Pour it on the salad.

Another option I've tried is adding feta cheese and crunchy croutons, which also produce a great result.
