Ingredients

  • eggplants - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • yogurt - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • vinegar - 4 tbsp
  • rusks - 1 tbsp
  • parsley - 1/2 tbsp fresh
  • salt

How to make

Wash the eggplants, dry and bake them in a low oven for about 45-50 minutes. When cool, peel them and mash with a fork.

Crush the garlic with a little salt, mix it with the yogurt, mash the eggplants and other spices.

Add the rusks and mix. Before presenting, sprinkle with a little fresh parsley.
