How to make
Roll out the two sheets of puff pastry. Cut 2 rounds of 11″ (28 cm) each.
Spread the chocolate on one of the sheets, leaving 0.4″ (1 cm) around its perimeter as it is.
Brush the edge of the sheet with water.
Add the second sheet of puff pastry on top, and seal the edges by pressing them with your fingers.
Place a glass in the middle of the pastry rounds and cut into 32 stripes.
Twist each stripe twice.
Brush the puff pastry sun with milk. Dust with powdered sugar on top.
Bake in a reheated oven to 390°F (200 degrees), for 20 minutes, or until it turns golden brown.
