How to make
Whip the eggs for approximately 5 minutes with the sugar, then pour in the oil in a thin trickle, and add the milk. Mix the flour with the baking powder and vanilla and add to the rest of the ingredients, while stirring.
Add the lemon zest. Stir the mixture until smooth and put it into an oiled tray. Bake at 320°F (160 °C) in a preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes, checking it with a toothpick.
When cool, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and cut it.
