Ingredients

  • eggs - 5
  • flour - 8 tablespoons
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)

How to make

Beat the eggs with the flour and milk. Put the mixture into a rectangular baking dish, in which you have previously melted the butter.

Bake it in a high oven for about 25-30 minutes. Serve the treat hot, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
