How to make
The carp is cleaned and left aside for a while. Meanwhile, fry the onions along with the rice and add the raisins and wine. Season with salt and black pepper.
The mixture is stewed for a few minutes and the carp is filled with it. Then transfer it into a baking pan and pour the tomato paste, beaten with a little water, over it.
Bake the fish in a moderately heated oven.
