Beat the eggs well, then add the yogurt and beat the mixture again.
Add to the mixture the melted butter, salt, sugar and finally the sifted flour with the baking soda and baking powder. Beat everything, but do not overdo it.
Grate the zucchini beforehand and drain the excess liquid very well.
Lightly mix the pancake mixture with the zucchini and white cheese.
Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it. Pour 1 ladle (not full) and cook the pancakes well on both sides until they're done.
