How to make
1 cup = 200 g. Preheat the oven to a moderate temperature and prepare a tray to be greased and floured. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients - flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center and add the eggs, buttermilk or cream, coffee, oil and vanilla extract, orange liqueur, all while stirring slowly.
Beat for about 2 minutes on medium with the mixer until everything is homogenized. Pour the mixture into the tray and put it to bake for 30-40 minutes or until the toothpick used for checking comes out dry. Remove the finished cake from the oven and cool it for 10 minutes, then remove it from the tray and let it cool on a cooking grid.
Meanwhile, prepare the white cream by melting the butter and white chocolate together, without heating them too much. Beat the softened cream cheese, vanilla and sugar into it. Allow it to cool slightly before covering the layer with all of the cream. To do this, put the black layer in a suitable container and cover it with the cream without smearing the walls.
Melt the dark chocolate together with the condensed milk, cocoa, 1 teaspoon orange liqueur and sugar. Allow it to cool slightly and pour this glaze over the black magic cake, letting it run freely. For decoration, you can dip slices of orange half way in the glaze and arrange them on the cake.
