  • sugar - 4 oz (115 g)
  • water - 1 and 1/2 cups (300 ml)
  • mango - 2 pcs.
  • orange juice - from 1 pc.
  • egg whites - 1 pc.

How to make

Pour the sugar into the water and beat the mixture. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 5 minutes. Allow it to cool.

Blend the mango with the orange juice and sugar syrup.

Freeze the mixture for 2 hours, beat the egg whites and mix them. Mix everything well and place the mixture back in the freezer.

Refrigerate the sorbet 10 minutes before serving it.
