Ingredients

  • fresh cabbage - 1 pc. (medium - sized)
  • tomatoes - 5 pcs.
  • pork tenderloin - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • parsley - 5 stalks
  • smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - a pinch
  • oil
  • salt

How to make

Cut the pork tenderloin into cubes and fry them until they aquire a golden brown color.

Cut the cabbage and peel the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Pour the cabbage over the meat and sprinkle it with a little salt. Stir and fry everything for about 5 minutes.

Add the sweet smoked paprika and tomatoes, if you do not have tomatoes, you can use tomato puree.

Leave it simmer over low heat until the meat and cabbage are cooked through.

Cut the parsley and sprinkle it before turning off the stove or you can just add it as decoration.
