How to make
Wash the rice and drain it well. Preheat a few tablespoons of oil in a wide frying pan, add the rice and fry it until the grains become transparent.
Stir with a wooden spatula and top it up with 4/5 cup (200 ml) of water. Stir and once the rice absorbs the liquid, top it up with 2 cups, and then a third.
Finally, flavor the finished rice with spices to taste. Serve topped with diced parsley or dill.
