How to make
The seafood is fried in heated oil. Add chopped spring onion, garlic, salt, ground black pepper, curry and lemon juice.
Add 1 cup of water and let it simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
After all the products are stewed, add the rice and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add 3 cups of water, black peppercorns, halved cherry tomatoes and turmeric.
The dish is cooked for 15-20 minutes until the rice is fully cooked.
Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
The Pan-Fried Seafood Rice is ready.
