How to make
Boil the meat for 20-30 minutes in salted water. Once the meat is well cooked, cut it into small pieces.
Add the grated yellow cheese, finely chopped parsley, crushed garlic and mayonnaise.
From the mixture, form balls using an ice cream scoop, so that they're evenly sized.
Roll them in the grinded walnuts and arrange them on a plate. Put half an olive on each ball and fold a sprig of parsley and place it in the holes.
