"Fresh and appetizing salad that will not be left in the plate for too long"

Ingredients

  • boiled eggs - 5 - 6 pcs.
  • pickles - 2 pcs.
  • canned corn - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • ham - 7 oz (200 g)
  • mayonnaise - 7 oz (200 g)
  • mustard - 2 tbsp.
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp.
  • black pepper
  • salt - by taste
  • yellow cheese - 9 oz (250 g)

How to make

Cut the eggs, cucumbers, ham and some of the yellow cheese into cubes. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, sour cream and a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Add the chopped products and corn. Mix well and leave the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Serve the salad on a green salad and sprinkle it with grated cheese.
