How to make
The zucchini are cleaned, washed and dried.
Heat up the oil and while it's heating, cut the zucchini.
First, cut the zucchini in half, then cut each half into not very thick strips.
Once the oil heats up, carefully pour all of the zucchini inside it (the oil should cover the zucchini), fry them until they're done and then turn them over with a slotted spoon, to fry them on the other side.
Place the fried zucchini onto kitchen paper, so it can absorb the fat. Sprinkle them with salt and serve them.
