How to make
The meat is cut into thin steaks. It is desirable to pierce them slightly with a fork, so they can absorb the marinade well.
Season them with black pepper, salt and the wine is poured over them. Leave the steaks in the refrigerator for about an hour.
During this time, the onions and mushrooms are cut into large pieces and fried for one minute in very hot oil.
Arrange the steaks in a baking pan and pour the fried mixture over them.
Wrap them in foil and bake them at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 50-60 minutes.
