How to make
I smear the meat with butter, salt, black pepper, paprika, stick cloves of garlic and rosemary into the meat.
I put it in the pan with the skin up and pour the white wine.
I put baking paper on top of the meat and bake for about an hour and half an hour before the pork roast is done, I add the whole mushrooms.
