"Frittata, but with mushrooms - does it sound like something you should definitely try"

Ingredients

  • oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • blanched mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • yellow cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • water - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper

How to make

Melt 20 g of butter. The mushrooms and tomatoes are chopped and added to the butter. Fry them for about 10 minutes until they soften.

Separately, in a bowl beat the eggs along with 1 tbsp. water. The softened mushrooms and tomatoes are added to the beaten eggs. The yellow cheese is grated on top of them.

Add as much salt as you like and season it with black pepper. Mix well.

Spread the remaining 0.35 oz (10 g) of butter in a baking pan and pour the mixture in it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for 20 minutes.
