How to make
Cut the yellow cheese into rectangles or cubes and put it in the freezer for a while.
During this time, put the oil in a pan to heat up and prepare the breading: beat the eggs with a little salt. Take the yellow cheese out of the freezer and roll it in the products in this order: flour, egg, breadcrumbs and egg again.
Put it in hot oil and fry it on both sides until it aquires a golden color.
Then take it out and put it on kitchen paper, so it can absorb some of the fat. Serve them with a fresh salad.
