How to make
Cut the yellow cheese into about 1 cm wide triangles. Beat the eggs very well. In 2 separate bowls pour the flour and breadcrumbs.
Roll the triangles - first in the flour, then in the beaten eggs and finally, in the breadcrumbs.
Put 1 cup of oil in a pan and wait for it to heat up well and fry the yellow cheese.
Arrange with lettuce leaves and a rose made out of a carrot with an olive on top.
