How to make
Wash and peel the potatoes. Then we boil them.
Cut the peeled onion into 2 cm wide slices. Then cut the cheese also into 2 cm wide slices.
Cover the inner edge of the onion rings with the cheese.
Strain the boiled potatoes from the water, season with salt and black pepper and mash them.
Add the potato starch to them.
Wrap the onions inside and out with the potato mixture.
Bread the circles in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
Fry the onion rings with cheese in heated oil for a few minutes.
