How to make
Peel and cut the onions into thin slices.
In a bowl, beat the egg and add the yoghurt, salt and flour. Add enough flour to the mixture to get it smooth but not too runny.
Add the onions into the bowl with the mixture. Pour oil into a non-stick pan and heat it well. Put the onion slices to fry.
Let them brown nicely. Put them on paper towels to drain off their oil and serve immediately.
