How to make
The pork ribs are cut into pairs and are boiled with the spices: salt, black pepper, bay leaf and allspice.
In a bowl, prepare a sweet chili sauce from the tomato paste, salt, honey, cumin, the hot paprika and water. A not too thick of a sauce should form.
After the ribs have cooled, roll them in the sauce. Arrange them in a baking pan and bake them in a preheated oven until they're nicely browned.
