  • eggplants - 2 pcs. (large)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • sesame oil - 1/4 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • cumin - 1/2 tsp.
  • black pepper
  • parsley

How to make

Wash the eggplant, cut off their tops and roast them in a grill pan along with the unpeeled garlic clove.

Allow them to cool, then peel and mash them, along with the garlic, sesame oil, lemon juice and cumin.

Season with salt and black pepper. Serve it with bread and a green salad.
