  • roasted peppers - 12 pcs.
  • white cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • sour cream - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • boiled eggs - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • savory herb - 1 pinch
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Use a blender to blend the peppers, white cheese, sour cream and garlic.

Blend the dip into the desired smoothness. Season the dip with as much salt as you like, savory herb and lemon juice.

Grate the boiled egg on a grater.
