How to make
Shell the eggs. Grill, peel, and seed the peppers (both sweet and chilli). Place the eggs and peppers into the blender bowl.
Add the garlic cloves, and fresh thyme. Blend them to small pieces.
Add the crumbled feta cheese, yogurt and olive oil and blend again.
Taste the spread and add salt, if necessary.
Preserve the spread into a airtight container in the fridge.
You can prepare one day ahead.
Make sure you serve it with enough soft bread. Pairs perfectly with toasted garlic bread.
Not suggested if you are on a diet, due to the excessive consumption of bread :)
