How to make
Clean the peppers from the seeds. Put them in a blender along with the garlic and dill. Grind everything.
If water has separated, strain it.
In a bowl, grate the white cheese on a coarse grater.
Add the grinded vegetables, mayonnaise and sour cream (you can also use thicker yogurt).
Add olive oil as well.
Mix it all up and your spread is ready.
Serve it with fresh salad and toast.
