  • tuna - 1 pc. (canned fillet)
  • spring onions - 3 stalks
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • mayonnaise - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • fresh thyme
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • bread (for toast)

How to make

Pour the tuna into a bowl, having previously strained the sauce in it. The recipe is with mayonnaise, so it is preferable for the fish to be in its own sauce and not in oil.

Mash the fillet with a fork, in order to break it down into small pieces. The spring onions are washed, cleaned, chopped and added to the fish. The eggs are boiled and after they cool, cut them into small pieces.

The prepared products are seasoned with salt, black pepper and fresh thyme leaves. Add the mayonnaise, which has been mixed in advance with a teaspoon of mustard. All the ingredients are mixed and the spread is placed in the refrigerator to cool.

Cut out circles from the bread (for toast) using a cup or a cookie cutter. The circles are lightly baked.

The fish spread is served on the toasted bread circles.
