How to make
Peel a cucumber, cut it into cubes and put it in a deep jug.
Add yogurt, boiled egg, garlic cloves, olive oil, cream cheese, crumbled white cheese and chopped basil and parsley leaves.
With a liquidizer, blend the dairy mixture into a homogenous mixture, taste it and add a little salt if necessary, because the cheese is also salty.
Serve the summer cucumber spread on savory crackers sprinkled with a pinch of cayenne pepper and olives.
