How to make
Clean the meat well from the skins and cut it into small pieces.
Heat oil and fry the meat until it turns white, then add hot water or broth - about 2 cups and simmer on low heat under a lid for about an hour, an hour and a half, or until the meat is ready.
Then add the finely chopped onions and carrots, peas (if frozen - leave them to simmer for about 15 minutes with the meat), corn and washed rice. Add hot broth or water - 3 cups. Season with salt, curry and as much black pepper as you desire.
Pour it into a round baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) until the rice is ready. Before the water has evaporated completely, take the baking pan out of the oven, cover it with a newspaper and a towel, so the rice remains soft and juicy.
Optionally, when serving, serve the pork and rice with soy sauce.
