How to make
Cut and saute the onion in the heated fat.
Add the peppers, paprika and tomato juice to it and stir.
Add about 2 cups of water.
Allow the dish to cook over low heat until it remains in fat.
Beat the flour with 2-3 tbsp. water and thicken the dish.
Season the finished dish with salt, savory herb and parsley.
Sprinkle with crushed garlic.
