How to make
Boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them. Add the grated pumpkin and carrot to the mashed potatoes. Mix very well with 1 egg, the crushed broth cube, salt, black pepper, a little savory.
If necessary, add a little flour if the mixture can't be shaped. Shape the blend into flat fritters. Roll them in flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs and drop them to fry in preheated oil on both sides.
The cooked pumpkin fritters are drained on paper towels. Serve them with a garnish as desired.
