How to make
Beat the egg with the sugar until it foams up. Sift the flour, baking powder and the cocoa with the vanilla.
Mix everything very well. In a muffin tin, pour 1 teaspoon of the resulting mixture and a teaspoon of the liquid chocolate and then a spoonful of the mixture again.
This way the filling remains in the middle.
Bake the chocolate muffins in a preheated oven at 340°F (170 degrees) for about 35 minutes.
