How to make
Put the meat with the water in a pot and boil until the meat is completely cooked.
In another pot, fry the butter, add the finely chopped onion and fry for 3 minutes.
Add the cooked meat and fry everything together for 3 minutes. Then add 3 and 1/2 cups of broth from the pot in which the meat was boiled in.
Make a thickener of 2 tablespoons of flour, 7 oz (200 grams) of yogurt and one egg in a separate bowl. Once the soup has boiled, pour a ladle of the broth to dilute the thickener.
The thickener is gradually poured into the soup. Add as much salt as you like.
In a small skillet, fry the butter with the hot paprika and then pour the mixture into the soup.
