Ingredients

  • mince - 2 lb (1 kg) mixture of beef and pork
  • onions - 1 head
  • eggs - 1
  • bread - 1 large slice , dry
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • savory - 1 tsp
  • cumin - 1/2 tsp
  • paprika - 1/3 tsp
  • parsley - 5 sprigs chopped

How to make

Chop the onion very finely and add it to the minced meat in a bowl. Soak the bread in water and drain it well. Add it to the minced meat with the egg and all the spices.

Knead the minced meat well and leave it for half an hour in the refrigerator.

Shape the mince into slightly flattened balls, roll them in flour and fry them on both sides in preheated oil.
