- mince - 2 lb (1 kg), mince of pork and beef
- eggs - 1
- breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp
- salt
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 tbsp
- onions - 1 head
- oil - for frying
measuresHow to make
Peel the onion and chop it finely. Add it to the mince.
Break the egg. Season it with salt, black pepper and paprika. Add the breadcrumbs and knead until you get a fluffy, smooth mixture.
Form meatballs from it and fry until golden in heated oil on both sides. Serve with a suitable salad.
