How to make

Peel a celeriac head and cut it into sticks or medium-sized slices.

Place them in a large baking tray, sprinkle them with salt, paprika and black pepper.

Add a little olive oil, then mix the celery slices so that the spices stick nicely to them. Other spices of your choice can be added.

Place the celery in the oven and bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes.

Very good recipe for roasted celeriac. I have prepared it several times already.

I used the actual celery sticks and did not look anything like the photos, now I know why! The recipe should specify celeriac. Though, the stick were good, but it really should have clearly stated it.
