How to make
Remove the fatty skin of the carp and cut it into fillets about 1/2″ (1.5 cm) thick. Sprinkle them with salt and black pepper.
Cut the onions and carrots, put them in an appropriate tray and season with salt. If desired you can add other vegetables of your choice.
Put the diced celery on top, arrange the fish fillets, cover with lemon slices and pour on the white wine.
Bake the dish for 40 min. in a preheated 360°F (180°C) oven covered with foil. Served with a garnish of sauteed potatoes.
